The design process was great, but that is all. Several problems happened after the initial purchase, including a customer service agent commenting on how many requests I had already made.
The main problem was most of the painted doors were cracking. They did finally replace doors, but not all, as someone didn't get it right. I had to caulk and touch up paint on the doors that had not been replaced.
I thought all was good, even placed a a followup to my bad review, due to them replacing so many pieces. However, less than 4 years later I am dealing with more paint issues and I am totally regretting my decision.
